Banana Bread with Chia Seeds, Cinnamon, Cashew nuts and Chocolate Chip Recipe:

Ingredients

• 8 tbsp Unsalted Butter

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 2 Large Eggs

• ¼ cup Milk

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 3 Ripe Bananas

• 2 cup All-Purpose Flour

• 1 tsp Cinnamon

• 1 tsp Baking Soda

• ¼ tsp Salt

• ½ cup Chopped Cashews

• 1 Bag of Chocolate Chips

• Banana Slices for topping


Directions: Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees. Weigh your dry ingredients out in a mixing bowl and then mix all your wet ingredients and mashed banana separate. Once your done mix them all together and whisk until its all combined.


Line a baking tin with parchment paper and a little butter and add the mixture, once 3/4 of the way full you can slice 1/2 banana to lay nicely on top for decoration.


Once ready cook in the oven for 40-50 mins, check with a long skewer that its cooked in the middle.
