Mushroom and Lentil Stew

Serves 2-3 people



Chop and fry your garlic, onions, celery and carrots for 10 mins until soft.

Add your chopped mushrooms and cook for another 10 mins, add your red wine and reduce, add the stock, herbs and tomatoes and lentils and then reduce until thick and the lentils are cooked (approx 30-40 mins)

Make your mash and roast some veg for the perfect side.
